I had a great stay at this hotel, which is located right in the heart of downtown Bariloche. The rooms were clean, and I really enjoyed the stunning views. The staff was friendly and super helpful throughout my visit. However, I found the dining options a bit limited, and the overall hotel could use some updates. If you’re looking for a decent place with a central location, this could work well for you, but it's not without its quirks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, and the dining options for breakfast were really excellent. However, the rooms were quite cramped, leaving us with almost no space for our luggage, and the service was a bit underwhelming at times.
